Drops?/commands?

will some1 plz leave drops on when they log off and will some make a command list plz so i can bank from anywhere or make a command where any1 can turn drops on but only mods+ can turn them off and make a dropslock so we cant turn them on if its a glitch thing. these are just a few things that i have requested from other servers and they said no but would make my private server experiance better. andone more thing can you make it where any1 can add flash games because the one flash game isnt that fun make a url add where we can type the url or html. site where the game is and a mod or admin can cheack out the site to see if it is a virus or a trojan.im familiar with these because i used to own my own server and i made many mistakes and jagex finaly shut me down and my cp that i had the server data on crashed because people thaught it would be fun to download flash games with viruses and add them so scan anything you get
