ok you know how you have the 1 moving avatar and when your at the login in screen where the avatar is can you make it where its moving like at the top under the title screen

what i am saying is that you see the avater where the three skullpeople are riding horses. at the login screen there is that same avatar but its not moving. why dont you make it move. or like the flaming skull why dont you make the skull where it is on fire and the fire is moving.
